  • 1 oz Coconut rum

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup half-and-half
• 3 ounces bittersweet or dark chocolate, finely chopped
• 1-2 ounces coconut rum
• whipped cream

Directions

• In small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk and half-and-half until milk is almost to the boiling point. When milk starts to coat the bottom of the pan, youll know its done.
• Remove from heat and add chocolate and rum. Stir until fully melted.
• Top with whipped cream.
