Cookie Butter Rice Krispy Treats

  • 1/2 cup Marshmallows, mini
  • 5 cups Rice crispy treats

Ingredients

• 1 10 ounce bag of marshmallows
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 5 cups of rice crispy treats
• ¾ cup of cookie butter spread
• ½ cup of mini marshmallows
• ¼ cup of melted chocolate chips

Directions

• In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows together on medium high heat. Once the marshmallows and butter have melted stir in the cookie butter spread. Then add in 5 cups of the rice crispy treats. Add in the ½ cup of mini marshmallows and stir. Not until theyre melted though.
• Spray an 8X8 pan with non stick spray and spread the cereal and marshmallow mixture into the pan. Let the treats cool for 30 minutes.
• Melt some chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Drizzle on cereal treats.
