    • 1 Egg or flax egg

    • 2 tbsp Almond butter
    • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Pasta & Grains

    • 2 cups Oats, dry
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder, dark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 egg or flax egg, beaten
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (I used chocolate but you can use vanilla/unsweetened)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, optional (use if you have a really sweet tooth)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x9 glass pan with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats and cocoa powder
  • In a medium bowl, mix together remaining liquid ingredients and combine well
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well
  • Spread batter in glass pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until done
  • Add cookie dough frosting (link below)
