  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed

  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Vegetable shortening

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
• 2 tsp. vegetable shortening

Directions

• In a small mixing bowl combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Once well combined stir in flour until well mixed. Add in the mini chocolate chips stirring until evenly incorporated. Scoop out rounded teaspoons of dough and form into 24 round disks. Refrigerate until needed. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
• Over a double boiler melt chocolate and shortening. Stir the chocolate until silky and smooth.
• Pour a teaspoon of the chocolate mixture in each of the empty paper liners. Top with each chocolate covered liner with one of the cookie dough disks. Cover the disk with about a teaspoon of the melted chocolate. Refrigerate or freeze until set, enjoy!
