Copy Cat Olive Garden Salad

  • 2 pinches Black pepper
  • 1 Pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 pinches Salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 Croutons, store bought or homemade
  • 1 small loaf Of bread

• Dairy

  • 1 Handful Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Ingredients

• 2 bags romaine lettuce
• Sliced pepperoncini peppers (as much or as little as you would like)
• Handful of Parmesan Cheese
• Sliced red onion (as much or as little as you would like)
• Cherry tomatoes (as much or as little as you would like)
• Olives - I used Kalamata (as much or as little as you would like)
• Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
• Olive garden Salad dressing
• 1 small loaf of of bread cut into 1 inch cubes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 pinches of salt
• 2 pinches of black pepper
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

• Prepare ingredients by slicing or chopping and place in a bowl or on a plate and arrange ingredients as you would like. Note that you should measure the ingredients based off of your personal taste.
• If you are making homemade croutons, cut a load of bread into 1 inch cubes, drizzle with olive and season with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and bake in a 425 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
