Copy Cat Panera Mac N Cheese In the Instant Pot

  • 2 cups Chicken broth

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Hot sauce

  • 8 oz American cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 16 oz Cheese, sharp
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Ingredients

• 16 oz pasta I used elbow
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 16 oz sharp cheese
• 8 oz American cheese
• ¼ cup hot sauce
• 1 tbs dijon mustard
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tbs butter

Directions

• Place pasta in your Instant Pot with chicken broth. Set pot to manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Do a quick release. Place your Instant Pot on saute. Stir in milk, butter, mustard and hot sauce Stir in cheese and stir until melted about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
