Description

Life's Too Short To Be Bland!

Time does not include 3 hours chill time to firm the fudge.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate:
  • 12 oz. dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • White chocolate:
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • For each chocolate: Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Whisking to incorporate completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the powdered sugar and eggs. Using a hand mixer beat well, carefully as this dusts up quite a bit!
  • Next add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla. Mix thoroughly to incorporate. This will be smooth and thick.
  • With a rubber spatula, pour dark chocolate fudge mixture into a greased 9x13” pan. Repeat with white chocolate fudge mixture and with rubber spatula make swirl patterns to incorporate both dark and white chocolate. Refrigerate to firm at least 3 hours. Slice into bite sized pieces and enjoy!

Descrition:

Copycat Marbled See's Fudge - The best part of making this is that it isn't rocket science as some candy recipes turn out to be. It's basically a blending of the powdered sugar and eggs which is then mixed with the melted chocolate and butter. The creamiest fudge ever!
