Copycat Restaurant Reuben Panini

• Meat

  • 5 slices Corn beef

• Canned Goods

  • 2 tbsp Sauerkraut

• Condiments

  • 1 Thousand island dressing

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 2 pieces Rye bread

• Dairy

  • 2 pieces Swiss cheese

Description

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of rye bread
• 5-8 slices of corn beef
• 2 pieces of Swiss cheese
• Thousand Island dressing
• 2-3 tbsp sauerkraut

Directions

• Toast your bread in a skillet.  Once one side of the bread is toasted flip it over and add cheese to the toasted side.  Once the other side of the toast is toasted and the cheese as semi melted remove from the skillet.  Add the meat on top of the cheese.  Then add your thousand island dressing and top it off with the sauerkraut. Add the remaining piece of toast to the top and cut your panini diagonally.
