I made this without the salt last Christmas and gifted it. Everyone clamored for more so Ill be making again this year!

An attractive and easy to make specialty butter! Makes a great gift or a pretty butter to use on the buffet table! My husband does not like cranberries, but he enjoyed this butter!

Havent made this yet, but going to. Just curious: are you folks using real, stick butter or ??? Think this would be a great hostess gift as well with even a store bought baguette wrapped in some pretty wax tissue paper!

Made this recipe at Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it so I quadrupled the recipe for Christmas. Instead of jarring, I used a silicon mold with Christmas Tree shapes. Plan on serving the trees on the buffet table.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • Directions In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months. Yield: 24 servings.
