Directions

  • Cut the zucchinis into small matchstick pieces. You can use a spiralizer to create noodles, and then cut those into smaller pieces.
  • Stir together all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour for the flavors to mix together. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups of slaw.
