Creamy Banana Pudding Delight

Ingredients

• 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1½ cups cold water
• 1 (3½ ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1 box vanilla wafers (35-40 wafers)
• 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
• Sliced almonds or nuts of choice (optional topping)

Directions

• In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk and water. Beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes.
• In a medium bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff.
• Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture.
• Place a layer of vanilla wafers on bottom dish, we used a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
• Follow with half of the sliced bananas and half of the pudding mixture.
• Add another layer: wafers, bananas and top with pudding mixture.
• Sprinkle nuts on top (optional).
• Refrigerate until serving.
