• Ingredients for Creamy Crab Dip:
• 8 – 12 oz imitation crab meat*
• 4-6 canned jalapeno rings
• ⅓ red pepper
• 1 celery stick
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup mayonnaise
• 3 ounces cream cheese, room temp
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt, pepper to taste
• Tabasco or Sriracha, optional
• Enjoy with crackers, bagel crisps or tortilla chips

Directions

• How to make Creamy Crab Dip:
• Chop crab meat. Thinly chop pepper, celery and jalapenos.
• In a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, lightly salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to be enjoyed.
