Directions

  • Stir together peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a small mixing bowl until smooth
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined.
  • Form small balls with 2 tablespoons of mixture and place in a glass storage container. If the mixture does not stay together easily refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes.
