Directions

• Magic loop, ch2, sc 11 into loop, join with a sl st into top of ch2 at the beginning of the round. Pull loop tight and fasten off yarn. Join another color with a slip stitch. Ch3. dc into same space as ch3, dc2 into each space until the end of the round, joining with a slip stitch into top of ch3 at the beginning of the round. (24 stitches) Fasten off and join another color in between any of the dc2 sets. Ch3. dc2 into same space as ch3. *Skip next 2 stitches, then dc3 into next space, repeating from * to end, joining with a slip stitch into top of ch3 at the beginning of the round. (36 stitches) Fasten off and join another color into between any of the dc3 sets. Ch3. dc2 into same space as ch3, *skip next 3 stitches, dc3 into next space. Repeat from * to end, joining with a slip stitch into the top of the ch3 at the beginning of the round. Fasten off and weave in ends. (36 stitches) Slip both pieces onto your Christmas ball with right sides facing out. Sew together, leaving a gap for the hanging loop. Fasten off and weave in ends.
