Crock Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

  • 1/2 lb Bacon
  • 2 lbs Ground beef

• Produce

  • 1/2 Onion

• Canned Goods

  • 1 10.75 oz can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 10.75 oz can Cream of mushroom soup

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

• Dairy

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• ½ t salt
• ½ t pepper
• ½ t garlic salt
• 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 10.75 oz can Cheddar cheese soup
• ½ lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, divided
• ½ onion, thinly sliced
• 1-2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

• Brown your beef in a skillet on the stove with your salt, pepper and garlic salt, drain
• Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
• Mix your browned, seasoned beef with your soups, and all of your bacon except the crumbles of 2 pieces
• Spread mixture evenly into your crock pot
• Layer your onions on top (if you have someone who doesnt like onions in your family, you can easily just put these on half or a portion of the casserole)
• Sprinkle your cheese on top of everything
• Top with your reserved bacon crumbles
• Cover and cook on low for around 4 hours
