Crock Pot Cinnamon Pecans

  • 1 Egg white

  • 1 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Description

Ingredients

• 1¼ cup sugar
• 1¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• ⅛ tsp salt
• 1 egg white
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups pecans
• ¼ cup water

Directions

• Mix together sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl
• In a separate bowl whisk together the egg white and vanilla until frothy. Add the pecans and coat thoroughly
• Add the Cinnamon sugar mixture to pecans and thoroughly coat pecans
• Spray crock pot with non stick spray. Pour in pecan mixture
• Cook for 3-4 hours, stir every 20 minutes, making sure everything is coated
• During the last 30 minutes add ¼ cup water and stir well
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread pecans on the paper to cool.
