Crock Pot Ham & Ranch Potatoes

  • 1 16 oz pkg Ham, cooked

  • 2 lbs Redskin potatoes

• Canned Goods

  • 1 10.75 oz can Cream of potato soup

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 1 oz pkg Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 Salt and pepper

• Dairy

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg Cream cheese

Ingredients

• 2 lbs redskin potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 oz pkg ranch salad dressing mix
• 10.75 oz can cream of potato soup
• 16 oz pkg cooked ham, diced
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
• Put your potatoes in your crock pot
• Mix together your cream cheese, dressing mix and soup really well
• Put your cream cheese mixture on top of your potatoes
• Cover and cook on low for 6.5 hours
• Add your ham and stir
• Sprinkle your cheese on top
• Add salt and pepper to taste
• Cover and cook until your cheese melts (approx 15-30 mins)
