Crock Pot Savory Parmesan Rice

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Shallot

  • 1 cup Chicken broth

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3/4 cup Cooking sherry

  • 1 Cup Jasmati or JasmineRice

Ingredients

• 3 Tablespoons Butter
• 1 Shallot- diced
• 1 Garlic Clove- minced
• 1 Cup Jasmati or JasmineRice
• ¾ Cup Cooking Sherry
• 1 Cup Chicken Broth
• ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

• Add all ingredients except the Parmesan Cheese into a small 2 quart slow cooker. (We used this one.)
• Cook on high for 90 min to 2 hours.
• Fluff rice with a fork and then stir in the cheese before serving.
