Crockpot Italian Beef Sandwiches

Description

Ingredients

• 3 pound beef roast
• 1 (16 ounce) jar Giardiniera
• 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced Pepperoncini
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 Italian Beef seasoning packet
• Mozzarella or Provolone cheese for topping
• French rolls for serving

Directions

• Place beef roast in the slow cooker.
• Top with Giardiniera, Pepperoncinis, broth, and seasoning. Stir to combine.
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until beef is cooked through
• When beef is cooked through, remove from Crockpot and shred. Return to Crockpot.
• Serve warm on toasted rolls with melted cheese and a side of au jus for dipping
