Ingredients

  • 2 avocados - 8 oz
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour fudge into 6 inch spring form pan lined with wax paper.
  • Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to set.
  • Carefully remove from pan.
  • Slice and enjoy.
  • Store in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
