  • 1 15 oz can Coconut milk, full-fat

  • 3 oz Bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Ingredients

• 1 15 oz can full-fat coconut milk
• 3 oz (6 TBS) bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
• 3-4 TBS granulated sugar*
• 1/8 tsp sea salt
• ½ to 1 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder**
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

• Add coconut milk and chocolate to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
• Add sugar, salt and cocoa powder and whisk until completely combined.
• Stir in vanilla.
• Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Remove from heat and let cocoa sit (covered) for 5 minutes before serving to thicken.
