Ingredients

• 50g raw cacao butter
• 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
• 1 tablespoon gelatinised maca powder
• 2 tablespoons raisins

Directions

• Melt the raw cacao butter in a heat proof bowl, by placing it in a pan filled with a small amount of water and then heating. I highly recommend taking a peek at my super-quick chocolate making video above to see exactly how this is done.
• Dissolve the coconut sugar and vanilla extract along with the cacao butter.
• Mix in the cacao powder, maca powder and raisins once the contents of the bowl have melted.
• Spoon into a chocolate mould. If you dont have a mould then use a small container lined with parchment paper and simply snap the chocolate in to pieces when set).
• Pop in to the freezer for half an hour to set (or a little longer in the fridge).
• These store in either the fridge or freezer.
