  • 1 Sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper, Coarse

  • 4 oz Blue cheese

Ingredients

• 8 Slices of Prosciutto di Parma
• 1 Pear, cored and cut into 8 wedges
• 4 Oz Blue cheese, crumbled
• Big handful of farm fresh arugula
• Good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Coarse sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper
• Optional: Organic local honey to drizzle

Directions

• Super simple: Toss the arugula in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Lay the prosciutto on a board, layer the ingredients on top, roll & if desired, skewer with adorable tooth picks and drizzle with honey. Eat.
