Ingredients

  • 1 lb HOT sausage, uncooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 6 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
