Dijon & Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

- 1 lb Sausage, hot

Condiments
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Baking & Spices
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick

Dairy
- 6 oz Cheddar cheese, sharp
- 8 oz Cream cheese

Ingredients

1 lb HOT sausage, uncooked
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups Bisquick
6 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
2 TBSP Dijon mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
