  • 1/4 cup Vodka

• 1 small pkg. instant choc. pudding
• 3/4 c. chilled milk
• 1/4 c. vodka (vanilla vodka if you can find it) but plain vodka will do
• 1/4 c. irish cream
• 1/4 cup creme de menthe liqueur
• 8 oz. extra creamy cool whip

Directions

• 1Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer 2Add alcohol and mix well 3Gently Fold in the coolwhip... 4Add pudding mix to small 2-3 oz cups and place in the freezer... dont worry the mix will not freeze... but will be a smooth mousse... 5I like to add a touch of whip cream for the top and some shaved chocolate just before serving
