  • 2 oz Havarti cheese, grated

Ingredients

• ½ lb Louis Kemp Crab Delights, chopped
• 1 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Tbsp Onion
• 1 tsp Garlic, minced
• 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon Old Bay
• 6 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 2 oz. Havarti Cheese grated
• 2 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
• 30 Phyllo Cups

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Once hot add onions and garlic and saute until softened, 2-3 minutes.
• In mixing bowl combine onion, garlic, red pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, old bay, cream cheese, and Havarti cheese. Mix until completely blended.
• Fold in king crab meat.
• Fill phyllo cups with mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
