Easy Matcha Cream for Crepe or Dorayaki Recipe by cookpad.japan

Descrition:

Great recipe for Easy Matcha Cream for Crepe or Dorayaki. My husband and I both love "anko" (sweet red bean paste. Matcha brings out the flavor of the "anko" and they taste great together. The sweetness is reduced assuming that it will be used with other desserts such as anko. Increase the amount of sugar if you like (for sweeter cream, increase the amount of sugar to 2 tablespoons. You can find a reasonably priced "green tea for cooking" at larger grocery stores. If you rarely use matcha on an everyday basis, I recommend buying it from a 100 yen store. Recipe by Chisora
