Description

Ingredients

• 2 slices of bread
• 2 slices of mozzarella cheese (or muenster, LOL!)
• 1 black olive
• 2 tblspn tomato sauce (or ketchup, if you’re desperate)

Directions

• Toast bread in your toaster.
• While that is toasting, slice cheese into ¼-inch strips. Set aside.
• Slice olive into 4 slices. Set aside.
• When bread is toasted, spread 1 tblspn of tomato sauce on one side of each slice of toast.
• Lay strips of cheese on the toast, on top of the tomato sauce in a kind of off-kilter fashion.
• Place two black olive slices on each piece of toast, strategically to look like eyes.
• Place one more slice of cheese kind of half over one eye, to make the mummy more rakish.
• Cook the toast in the microwave for approximately 1 minute or until cheese is slightly melted, but not very.
• Feed to your tiny mummies very carefully–or they’ll curse you!
