Easy Oreo Truffles

  • 12 oz Melting chocolate, white

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Directions

• Place the oreos in a food processor and pulse until the crumbs are very fine and all the large chunks are gone.
• Transfer crumbs to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix in softened cream cheese. Mix very well.
• Take a tablespoon size piece of the mixture ans roll into a ball and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll the entire mixture in to balls. ( I got about 30 balls)
• Cool in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
• Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave 40 seconds at a time. stirring every 40 seconds until completely melted.
• Dip Oreo balls into melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, then place the balls back on the parchment.
• When all the balls are dipped place back in fridge until chocolate is set.
• Store balls in the fridge or the freezer in an airtight container.
