Easy Turtle Poke Cake

  • 1 8 ounce jar Caramel sauce, salted
  • 2 tbsp Caramel sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate
  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup Pecan, halves

• Dairy

  • 3 cups Heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/3 cup Toffee bits

Ingredients

• 1 box of chocolate cake mix, prepared according to package directions
• 1 8 ounce jar salted caramel sauce
• 3 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 Tbs gelatin
• 1/2 cup chopped up chocolate
• 1/2 cup pecan halves
• 2 Tbs additional caramel sauce
• 1/3 cup toffee bits

Directions

• Bake cake according to package directions, and allow to cool fully.
• Use a wooden spoon or chop sticks to poke several holes in the top of the cake.
• Pour the salted caramel sauce over the top of the cake.
• In a blender (or with a hand mixer), combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and gelatin. Mix until whipping cream has thickened (30-40 seconds in a high powered blender).
• Drizzle caramel over the top of the cake. Evenly sprinkle pecans, chocolate chunks, and toffee bits over the cake.
• Chill and serve!
