    • 1 10 oz bag Dark or bittersweet chocolate chips, good quality
    • 2 oz Dark or bittersweet chocolate chips
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Drinks

    • 2 tbsp Espresso, powder
  • Dairy

    • 5 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    • 1 7/16 cups Heavy cream
  • Liquids

    • 1 tbsp Water
