Fiesta Taco Bread

Ingredients

• 1 loaf French Bread
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 10 ounce can RO*TEL Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
• 3 cups shredded cheese (I use taco blend.)
• 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To prepare bread, cut it in half lengthwise. Place on a greased baking sheet and set aside. Brown ground beef. Drain off grease. Mix in taco seasoning according to package directions. Spread beef evenly on both halves of bread. Drain excess liquid off RO*TEL and add it on top of beef. Finally sprinkle cheese, red onions, and green onions. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Be sure to let it stand for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
