Fire Hot Instant Pot Taco Bowl

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground turkey
• 2 cups white rice
• 1.5 cups Hot Salsa
• 2 packets Hot Taco Seasons
• 1 can black beans
• 16 oz Monterey jack cheese
• 8 oz sour cream
• Green onion for garnish
• Black Olives if desired
• 2 cups water

Directions

• Directions: Place your pot on saute. Saute ground beef or turkey until brown. Add 2 packets of taco seasons and water. Add beans, and rice. Place on your rice setting or on manual high pressure for 12 minutes. Do a quick release and Add cheese stir until melted. Garnish with sour cream, green onion, and black olives. Serve with nacho chips. Enjoy.
