Freezer Friendly, Homemade Meatball

  • 4 lb Ground beef

• Produce

  • 2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, dried

• Refrigerated

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk or soy milk

• Baking & Spices

  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 3 1/2 cups Bread crumbs, fine

Ingredients

• 4 pound Ground Beef
• 3½ cups Fine Bread Crumbs
• 3 Eggs
• ½ cup Milk or Soy Milk (if you need to eat dairy free like us)
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• ½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 2 teaspoons Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
• 2 teaspoons Dried Basil

Directions

• Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the ground beef.
• Let the mixture sit a few minutes so the breadcrumbs absorb some of the liquid.
• Add the ground beef to the breadcrumb mixture and mix well.
• Form into meatballs and place on a greased cookie sheet.
• Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
• Cool, once cooled place into a freezer bag and label.
• Reheat when ready to use.
