  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro, fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 Lime, Zest of
  • 1 Lime, Juice of
  • 1 Red onion, small
  • 1 (28 oz can Tomatoes

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp Sugar, raw

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground

Ingredients

• 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
• Zest of 1 lime
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 small red onion, roughly chopped
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1¼ tsp raw sugar
• ¼ tsp chipotle powder
• ¼ tsp ground cumin
• 1 jalapeno, membrane and seeds removed
• ½ bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed
• Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

• Dump everything in a blender, pulse to desired consistency.
• Serve with tortilla chips!
