Simple and very low calorie but tasty noodle dish. This is perfect for a light lunch!

Directions

  • Prepare shirataki. Drain well and pat dry on paper towels to prevent oil spits all over.Add olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, and heat over very low heat until the garlic golden brown. Remove the garlic from the frying pan and set aside.Place the shirataki in the fyring pan and cook them over high heat for 2 minutes. Turn down the heat to medium. Add the * marked ingredients. Simmer while stirring until all the liquid is gone.Add spring onion and chille, and stir well. Serve hot!
