Garlic Summer Sausage Pretzel Bun Sliders

  • 1/4 cup Apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Mustard, spicy brown

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 oz Manchego cheese

Ingredients

• ¼ cup apricot jam
• 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 9 pretzel slider buns, split
• 1 (12 oz) pkg Klements Garlic Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
• 4 oz manchego cheese, sliced
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• course salt

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Whisk together apricot jam, mustard and balsamic vinegar until smooth and well incorporated.
• Place the bottom of the buns in a 9x9 baking dish.
• Spread some of the apricot mustard on the bottom of each bun.
• Top with 2 slices of garlic summer sausage, 1 slice of the cheese and the top of the bun.
• Brush each bun with melted butter and sprinkle with course salt.
• Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
• Uncover pan and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
• Serve immediately.
