Gingerbread Biscuit Bites are the perfect bite-sized sweet treats for your holiday breakfast!

Ingredients

  • One 8-count can of large, flaky layer biscuits
  • ½ stick of unsalted butter, melted
  • Gingerbread sugar (1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tablespoon cinnamon + ½ teaspoon each: ground ginger, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, allspice)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (or whatever temperature is called for on your package).
  • Prepare a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Flatten each biscuit and use mini gingerbread cookies to cut two gingerbread shapes from each biscuit round.
  • Place biscuit bites on baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
  • While the biscuits are still warm, brush them with melted butter and dip in gingerbread sugar.
  • Enjoy plain or dipped in Nutella or jam!
