Ingredients

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • ½ cup raw almonds, chopped
  • ¼ cup flax seeds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, combine oats, quinoa, almonds, and flax seeds. Stir to combine.
  • Pour maple syrup mixture into bowl with oat mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola mixture onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so to ensure the granola doesn’t burn.
  • Once cooked, remove from oven and let it cool, stirring occasionally.
  • Store in an airtight container in your pantry. The granola will keep for about a month {you can freeze it if you wish to keep it for longer}.
