Ingredients

• 1 Box Pillsbury Gluten Free Sugar Premium Cookie Mix, 17.5 Oz
• Additional ingredients (butter or margarine, eggs) to prepare cake mix per package instructions
• 1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® White Frosting
• 1 lemon, juiced and zested
• 3 tbsp Pink Lemonade Powder

Directions

• In a small bowl add 3 tbsp Pink Lemonade powder and 3 tbsp water, stir really well to get it to dissolve as much as possible, then add in the tub of frosting and mix with a spoon until the lemonade if fully combined with the frosting. Put the frosting in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up.
• Prepare the cookie mix as directed on the pack.
• Omit the water and add in 3 tbsp lemon juice and zest
• Bake as directed on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
• Allow cookies to fully cool, frost them before you serve them.
• Due to adding water, the frosting will eventually get soft at room temperature so just frost them as you need them, or keep any leftover frosted cookies covered in the fridge.
