Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Beer Cheese Soup

  • 1 tbsp Garlic

• Condiments

  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, gf

  • 1/3 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

• Dairy

  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 12 oz Beer, GF

Directions

• Put your slow cooker liner in your crock pot and place the chicken broth, beer, onion powder, minced garlic, granulated garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
• Stir in the cheese until melted and combined. Then stir in the heavy cream and cornstarch thoroughly and let cook for another 15-20 minutes.
• If the cheese doesnt melt consistently you can use a hand mixer to blend to a thinner consistency.
• Add your garnishes and enjoy!
