Gluten Free Stuffing

• Produce

  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion

• Canned Goods

  • 1 Celery stock
  • 3/4 cup Turkey or chicken stock

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 Loaf Bread, gluten free

Ingredients

• 1 Loaf Gluten Free Bread
• ½ of an Onion
• 4 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 Celery Stock
• ¾ Cup Turkey or Chicken Stock
• 1 Tbsp Basil
• ½ Tsp Salt (If using store bought stock you may not need to add any salt)
• ½ Tsp Pepper

Directions

• Cut up the loaf of bread  into ½ inch pieces, then place into a large mixing bowl.
• Mince the onion, garlic and celery, then add to the bowl. Add the stock along with the basil and salt and pepper.
• Mix until well combined.
• Use the gluten free stuffing to stuff your turkey or chicken or Place the stuffing  into a large lightly greased or parchment paper lined baking dish or onto a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven @ 350 F for 45-50 minutes, stirring a few times throughout.
