Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup Tomatoes

    • 1 cup Hummus
    • 2 tbsp Kalamata olives

    • 3 pieces Pita bread, whole wheat

    • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • Other

    • 1 - cup of tzatziki

  • 1 - cup of hummus
  • 1 - cup of tzatziki
  • 1/3 cup of tomatoes, cut in bite-size pieces (grape preferred)
  • 2 - tablespoons of Kalamata olives, chopped (more if you like)
  • 1/4 cup of Feta cheese (more if you like)
  • 3-4 pieces of whole wheat pita bread
  • Cooking spray
  • Sea salt

Directions

  • In a shallow dish, spread the hummus evenly along the bottom. Top with tzatziki (recipe for homemade in the body of this post) Layer with bite-size pieces of tomato, then olives. Crumble the Feta cheese on top. Cover and chill. While the dip is chilling, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the pita bread into triangles and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil in a single layer. Lightly spray the pieces of pita bread and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 6-8 minutes or until warm and slightly crisp.
