Ingredients

• 1 package Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
• 1-1/2 cups Greek yogurt
• 2 pounds cooked chicken breasts, chopped
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 8 croissants, split
• 8 pieces green leaf lettuce
• 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

• In small bowl, stir together dip mix and yogurt. In large bowl, toss chicken, onions and yogurt mixture until well combined. Serve chicken salad on croissants, topped with lettuce and tomato.
