  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1-1/2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey, to taste

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the honey to your taste.
