  • 4 kale leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2-4 dates
  • 1 tbs peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbs flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 2 tbs Hemp seeds
  • 2 tbs cocoa nibs/ powder
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into your high speed blender (I used my vitamix).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour and Enjoy!
