• 1 frozen banana
• 1 & 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• large handful of spinach
• water or milk, to help smoothie blend
• 3 frozen bananas
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• handful of baby carrots or 1 large carrot
• 1 cup orange juice

Directions

• Green Monster Smoothie Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to help it blend if its too thick. Orange Smoothie Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to help it blend if its too thick. To Assemble Layer the smoothies in glasses. Top each smoothie with a toothpick filled with leftover fruits and veggies from the smoothie.
