Ingredients

• 1 pound strawberries, tops removed and halved
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2-3 teaspoons milk

Directions

• Whisk together powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach a dipping/drizzling consistency.
• Skewer your strawberry halves and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
• Grill strawberry skewers 3-4 minutes over high heat on each side. Drizzle glaze over strawberries or serve the glaze in a bowl for dipping.
