Description

When I think about the holidays, lots of things come to mind. However, the main front and center image is FOOD. Some kind of food smothered in chocolate. Christmas. Stockings. Chocolate. Christmas stockings filled with chocolate. Cravings. Chocolate. Weight gain. Cravings alleviated by chocolate, causing weight gain. That’s no good. Did you ever consider that there is a way to enjoy this holiday season without the worry of sugar overload and total regret once it’s all over? It can be easy to prep for this holiday season if you are prepared with the tools that you need, and we have a whole toolbox over here at Protein Recipes! Holiday Chocolate Bark Without Added Calories Healthy. Chocolate. I know how that sounds, probably not even real since we’ve been eating chocolate since childhood and it’s always associated with being unhealthy. However, with this delicious concoction, you can eat up and enjoy yourself, sans pounds of weight gain. Who said eating healthy isn’t enjoyable? Thanks to IdealLean protein, it can be. With the added healthy fats that pistachios contribute and the sweet zing of the cranberries, everyone will be wanting to try a bite of your delicious treat! Convenient (and not messy) to Make In general, the reason why I do not bake frequently is because it is very time-consuming and makes a huge mess (that I DO NOT want to clean up) in my kitchen. That is the beauty of this chunk of chocolate!! All you do is simply mix the ingredients together, spread in a pan and freeze. No baking required, minimal dishes, and maximal satisfaction. If I haven’t convinced you that you need this holiday chocolate bark for your holiday favorites, then here’s one last thing: it’s only 167 calories, and only 12 of those calories are from sugar. 56 of the calories are from protein!!! If that’s not beautiful, I don’t know what is. Increased protein consumption leads to weight loss. BOOM. Nutrition Facts Calories: 167 Carbs: 8 g Fiber: 3 g Sugar: 3 g Fat: 9 g Protein: 14 g
