Spicy Mango Salsa Toast Points

  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Mango
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Salt and pepper

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 4 slices Eureka! sweet baby grains organic bread

Directions

• Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Let chill for 1 hour. Toast bread. Slice diagonally into mini triangles. Enjoy!
